Small House Model

This project involves designing a small residential house to demonstrate proficiency in using Revit for architectural drafting and annotation techniques. The design focuses on efficient space utilization and clear architectural expression, highlighting both functional layouts and aesthetic appeal. Through detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D perspectives, this project showcases the use of Revit tools to create accurate and professional architectural documentation. The project emphasizes technical skills in drafting, detailing, and visual representation.

Project Deliverables:

- Floor Plans: Detailed floor plans for both levels at 1/4" = 1' scale.

- Interior Wall Elevation: One interior wall elevation facing the kitchen at 1/4" scale.

- Exterior Building Elevation: One exterior elevation showing at least one window at 1/4" scale.

- Building Sections: Two building sections, identical to AutoCad P4 sections, at 1/4" scale.

- Interior Perspective Views: Two 3D interior perspective views illustrating spatial dynamics.
